International Women’s Day
Yogahouse, The Greens
Connect to your inner goddess to ground and nurture your soul and celebrate womanhood! Join us this International Women’s Day, Thursday 8th of March at 8.15pm.
This class, led by Jo Arganaraz, is open to all women who wish to celebrate and connect to their feminine energy.
We will focus on conscious movement, breathwork, the yoga of sound, mudra (gestures) and deep relaxation with a focus on reconnecting to the goddess in us all.
We will start by honoring each other as a circle of women. Our movement and flow will be focused on energy and the elements. Our breathwork will be subtle and explorative and our relaxation will be deeply healing.
Jo Arganaraz has 20 years of yoga experience and has trained teachers since 2013. Jo is the founder of yoga school ‘Return to the Self’ offering yoga teacher training worldwide including prenatal yoga training. Jo is a devoted student of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli’s Womb Yoga, an approach connecting women to their intuitive flow and inner teacher by reconnecting to their womb cycles. In the new era of ‘householder yoga’ the voice and body of a woman in yoga is powerful. We are now writing a new page in the history of yoga with the female body and spirit. By opening up the pathways through yoga practice in whatever form is most resonant, we reawaken our lives, are guided towards greater abundance and return to the immense love and light of our true nature.
Class is FREE of Charge
Available spots will be on a first come first served basis.
